At Mandana Cakes, every cake and dessert is handcrafted fresh to order using premium ingredients and careful attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made and perishable, we maintain the following return and exchange policy.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on cakes, cupcakes, pastries, or other food items once they have been picked up or delivered.

Order Issues

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the information, Mandana Cakes may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Custom Cakes & Specialty Orders

Custom-designed cakes and specialty orders are created specifically for each customer. For this reason, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations

• Orders canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

• Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and production time have already been allocated.

Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup or delivery. Once the order has been accepted, Mandana Cakes is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, weather conditions, or accidents.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary concerns when placing an order.
