PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS
All products offered by Mandana Cakes are handcrafted and custom-made.
Because every cake and dessert is individually designed and decorated, the final product may vary slightly from reference photographs, sketches, inspiration images, social media content, or previous work displayed on our Website.
While we make every reasonable effort to replicate requested designs, slight variations in color, decoration, artistic interpretation, shape, and finishing details may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects and are considered part of the custom nature of our products.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Quotes provided for custom orders are valid only for the period specified in the quote.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Mandana Cakes offers pickup and delivery services subject to availability.
Free delivery may be available within designated areas of Orange County, California. Reduced or discounted delivery rates may be offered for certain surrounding locations. Delivery availability is dependent on scheduling, distance, weather conditions, and operational capacity.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.
Once an order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for proper storage, handling, and transportation transfers to the customer.
Mandana Cakes shall not be responsible for damage occurring after pickup or delivery has been completed.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, cancellation and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits may be non-refundable once production, preparation, design work, ingredient purchasing, or scheduling has begun.
Refunds will generally not be provided for completed custom products that substantially conform to the approved order specifications.
If an issue arises with your order, you must notify Mandana Cakes within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so that we may review the matter.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
