Order Policies & Terms
At Mandana Cakes, we take great pride in creating custom cakes and desserts that are uniquely designed for each client and celebration. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.
Payment & Order Confirmation
Full payment must be received by the due date indicated on your invoice to secure your order date.
All orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received. Production and scheduling begin approximately 24 hours after payment is received, not when the invoice is issued.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Because all cakes and desserts are custom-made to order, all payments are non-refundable.
Once an order has been paid in full:
- No refunds will be issued.
- No cancellations will be accepted.
- No changes can be guaranteed.
The date of your final payment serves as the final deadline for any requested changes to the size, design, flavors, colors, inscriptions, or other order details. Any modifications requested after this date may not be accommodated and, if accepted, may be subject to additional charges.
Design Disclaimer
Any inspiration photos, reference images, Pinterest images, social media posts, or other visual materials provided by either the client or Mandana Cakes are intended solely as inspiration.
While we strive to create designs that closely reflect the requested style and theme, each cake is handcrafted and unique. Exact replication of any design, color, texture, inscription, decoration, or artistic element is neither guaranteed nor intended.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept reasonable artistic interpretation and variation.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee and are based on venue location, accessibility, timing requirements, and setup complexity. Delivery fees will be included in your final invoice.
Once delivery and setup have been completed, responsibility for the cake transfers to the client and/or venue.
Mandana Cakes is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery, setup, or pickup has been completed.
Clients are responsible for providing:
- A sturdy and level table capable of supporting the cake's weight.
- A safe location away from direct sunlight.
- Appropriate room temperature conditions.
- Protection from guests, children, pets, and environmental hazards.
Fresh Flowers
If fresh flowers are supplied by a florist, venue, or other third party, Mandana Cakes may place them on the cake for an additional fee.
Clients acknowledge that fresh flowers are not food products and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, allergens, or other contaminants. Mandana Cakes assumes no responsibility for issues arising from flowers provided by third parties.
Pickup Orders
If the client or a designated representative chooses to pick up the cake, all responsibility for transportation, handling, storage, setup, and condition of the cake transfers upon pickup.
Mandana Cakes is not responsible for damage that occurs after the order leaves our possession.
Photography & Marketing
Mandana Cakes reserves the right to photograph any cake, dessert, display, or event setup created by us.
These photographs may be used for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, portfolios, publications, and promotional purposes without compensation or notification.

Although reasonable precautions are taken, cross-contact may occur.

By accepting and receiving your order, whether by pickup or delivery, you acknowledge that the order has been completed as contracted.
You agree to contact Mandana Cakes directly regarding any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
